Quality Control

• Problems caused by focus error, exposure error, incorrect scan, missed scan or film flatness can be rescanned free of charge.
• Film handling is controlled under constant temperature, constant humidity and dust-reduced conditions. The reference environment recorded in the guide is 23°C and 45% RH.
• Before scanning, an ionizing air gun is used for dust removal. Optical glass or anti-reflective glass is used when needed to control flatness.
• Offline storage, temporary custody and confidentiality agreements can be provided according to confidentiality requirements.
